Why Ride?

Horse riding has been proven to help with self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-image. It offers experiences and insights, unlike any other sport or leisure activity. It helps build body awareness, the ability to think quickly, patience, mental balance, stress management, and overcoming of fears not to include the physical benefits of the activity. 

 

When combining all the points above it is clear how beneficial horse riding can be and how it can undoubtedly contribute to building character, mental resilience, and strength.
